I was at Lowell when this happened!!! Lt. Turner was known for doing NASTY things to the inmates. I have seen numerous times inmates had been beaten. When i first got to prison in 2008, there was an inmate that on a regular basis that would get beat by the officers as they were taking her to confinement. I was in Kilo dorm at that time and it was right next to the gate that seperated the Main from the Annex. We would hear commotion outside the windows and run to look and the officers would immediately make us get away from the windows. Lowell has nothing but woman beating male officers there!! I was locked up from 2008 to 2020. I've been to all but one prison and Lowell was the only prison i seen beatings at!!! In 2017 i was on tge Annex lining up for chow at dinner time and witnessed an officer attack one of the inmates so bad that the whole compound could hear her screams outside of the chow hall. Its sad!! Im glad that woman got out of there even though she is paralyzed.😢
